Why We Pray
Prayer is more than a practice—it is a conversation with the living God. At CIC, we gather regularly to seek His face, intercede for one another and lift up our community, nation and world. We believe that when God's people pray, things change.
Our English prayer services are held at 7 pm on Monday evenings, providing a dedicated space to bring your requests, worship and listen for God's voice alongside others. For those in our Finnish-speaking community, prayer services are held at 1 pm on Fridays.
Whether you come with a heavy heart, a thankful spirit or simply a desire to draw closer to God, you are welcome here. There is no expectation to pray aloud—simply being present and joining in agreement is a blessing in itself.
